Help, turned on TV Netflix to find I have an interloper family Spanish,taken over my account!
lovely man at EE spent over an hour trying to clear it, ended clearing my whole setup and starting again,but am scared this could happen again..Have changed password.

Not a lot you can do apart from having a difficult password that you do not use anywhere else, and following the tips here.
Sadly, Netflix do not support additional security such as two factor authentication, although they should send a code for some account changes.
