Hi , I've had EE fibre and TV boxes since April . The main TV box connected via ethernet cable works perfectly well but both the TV mini boxes have regular issues whilst watching programmes the box loses internet connection and yvm102 fault code is appears.
The only way to reconnect them to the internet is by removing the power cable and resetting the box. Both mini boxes are connected via WiFi to the EE smart hub.
Ive read a few posts about this issue but not found any fixes
Both boxes are on the latest software and WiFi signal is good when working .
Thanks for any help Paul

Hi @Paul_T5
That code means loss of internet connection.

I had a similar issue. I spoke to the EE guide, related all the processes I had gone through to get up and working again, and they agreed that the network card was the issue. I was able to say that the box worked fine with an ethernet connection, but not without.
I received a new box within two days, and returned the faulty one. EE called me a couple of days after receipt to ensure that I was up and running again... good service.
