Was it the reset where you keep your recordings that you tried here, or did you fully wipe the box? Have you noticed any difference between the channel being recorded, too?
I've checked to see if we're aware of any similar reports to this, and I can't see anything logged, so my best recommendation here will be to give our TV Tech Team a call.
They'll be able to run a few additional checks here, and if needs be either investigate further, or look at replacement options.
If you are in internet mode. I have found a way if your watching it slightly behind. When it gets to an advert in your show press channel up then down quickly before the channel actually has time to change channel. Then press fast forward and there you go
