So this is how EE treats loyal customers of 6+ years.
I have ordered a tv on an offer for 1 quid initial payment and 18 pounds a month after that. Got confirmation email saying its on its way and then got a message to contact the support only to learn that its really 200 pounds initial payment and 20 after that. Thank you EE, can't wait to end my contract with you.
You can as well advertise flight tickets to vegas for a fiver this way!

Thank you for this.

Just an observation I don't see in that order extract any mention of TNT sports. Was it clearly a bundle of TV plus TNT sports that you were offered at those prices or TV alone ?

Understood. I’ve never been happy with EE service, so look upon this sort of sharp practice with a jaundiced eye. They can’t be forced to sell on a mistake, but here they made you an offer, you agreed the offer, they accepted your agreement, took your money, and confirmed the deal. The contract came into being. Then after, tried to amend it. It’s disgraceful.
I haven’t been on here long and realise user forums can give a skewed impression. But based on what I see here I’d never buy a physical product from EE online. There’s too many instances of orders placed, money taken, the deal struck - then folks are getting a text - a text! - saying the order’s cancelled, with no explanation as to why, and no reference to refunding payments. And apparently, if the refund is actioned timeously, it can take 7/10 days! It’s a disgrace. I’m not even sure I’d risk changing my services. I’ve no confidence in their administration at all. No wonder they rate badly on Trustpilot.
Me, I’d complain. I’ve got a global current Exec Complaint on the go, and have received cash compo. But I’d understand if you’re so disillusioned you’d prefer to abandon it. I don’t know where the notion of buying the wrong TV came from. I know your original screenshot was deleted, but presumably the TV it listed on the terms you agreed was the TV you wanted and ordered 🤷🏼
Hope you get sorted out quickly, one way or the other.

Yeah there was a tnt bundle coming with it and that was the main reason I tried to buy a TV from EE. Otherwise I could buy it on finance from Argos or anywhere else.
