It is concerning that Channel 4 EETV EPG data is missing the necessary data to schedule series recordings for upcoming programmes from I believe this Saturday morning onwards, If not corrected this will mean that customers existing series series recordings will not be detected and missed. Whilst individual recordings can still be set most customers will be unaware of the problem and therefore will not take any action.
I believe that other platforms are impacted by the apparent absence of series CRIDs being provided for programming data.

There's no issues with 14days worth of series link data on Virgin Media TiVo/V6 boxes.

It would be really helpful if someone at EE could come up with a single point of contact to flag EPG issues like Sky have.
Cut out the layers and let us send what we find direct to the team that needs to know so they can action a change and everyone gets a better, more reliable experience.
