Error IPC6007 when trying to view live channels

Hi, EETV pro box, Ethernet cable, watching over internet, not Ariel. was working earlier today. Tonight now getting error IPC6007 when trying to watch any live TV channel. Tried pulling the plug for 30 seconds and checking software update. Please help.
