I’ve just joined bt and my tv has been activated but I can’t get my ee tv to work

What date were you given for order completion/activation?

Hi yesterday it was activated and yes I’m having problems also with Netflix as well coming up as error

What do you mean when you say you can't get EE TV to work?  Are you seeing an error?  If so, what is it?

What error are you seeing with Netflix?

If you can provide details about the errors, it'll make it easier to work out what is going on.
