I’m new to ee and I’m nit sure if this is the correct forum. Should the now tv channels be accessible through to tv guide or do I always have to use the now tv app? Any idea please? Thank you

Hi @Jenny1966  welcome ,

If you have an EETV package with your EE broadband then you would have access to  the linear live Now subscription channels on the EETV Box Pro , EE TV Box Mini or EE Apple TV box  that EE would have provided from the tv guide (EPG) . You would also be able to access via the Now App.

If you have a Now membership that you subscribing to ( other than via EETV) then you are able to use that to access via the Now app.
