When can I add ee tv to my broadband as I’ve phoned and not getting any answers

Do you have NEW EE BB? You can only add EE TV to that? Which EE BB plan are you on?

I’ve called this morning to ask about moving from BT broadband to EE broadband with TV but have been told there is a delay with the launch and it won’t be sorted for a few weeks.
