@Will461  There have been ongoing problems with EETV EPG accuracy and completeness for some time. EE representatives are aware and keep reassuring us that problems are being tracked and rectified and is under control. I will leave you to form your own view as to whether you agree with their assessment.

Programs will be broadcast as normal and probably the EPG will be wholly or partly corrected over the coming days but it does make setting and planning recording s difficult.

I've added it to the list of things for the TV Guide team to investigate.

I’m not being funny but if I can’t watch the programmes you are not providing the service I’m paying for.

It's only a data issue - the programme information is missing from next weekend. The channels will still be on air , as normal.

The data will most likely have fixed itself before the team even sign on Tuesday morning, and it'll definitely be fixed long before you're ready to watch it.

Not much use if you are going to be away for a week and wanted to set programmes to record whilst you are away!

With this on top of recent problems with NOW/SKY programmes not recording I am beginning think I would be better going to SKY when my contract ends.

You can pair an Android or iOS phone/tablet with your TV Box to enable to set recordings when you're not at home.  I know that's not a great answer, but is at least a workaround to this current situation.

Note: this specific issue had already been spotted and was raised with the TV Guide suppliers on Saturday afternoon.  It is being dealt with as a priority incident, but they haven't found the cause of the missing data yet.

Just another example why i will go back to sky tv when my contract finishes. Your technology isn’t up to it.

Our supplier has confirmed that they've found and fixed the fault, and data is now flowing through the system.  All gaps in the TV Guide should be filled shortly.

Whether connected or not is unclear.

Several EETV subscribers reported irregularities with the Sky sports premier league   channel Monday night football  (MNF) on Monday resulting in their recordings being curtailed  or failing. Whilst I didn’t record said event I did notice that the EPG  entries for that channel was changing at the time that the MNF programme was in progress . At one point the EpG for that channel showed “No information available,” for the MNF time slot. The match programme  continued to be broadcast although the info button did not have the programme information,

Guide information on the Sky sports main event channel  appeared unaffected for the simulcast MNF  broadcast.
