Two days into my new EE TV and I am missing around15 channels, followed instructions to retune my my box but I do not get the option to retune in the settings, Help.

What box is it? Pro, mini or apple TV? 

If its the Pro box and you set it up in IP mode you don't get every channel that you would get in Freeview mode with an arieal connected to it.
