I want to cancel my eetv. I can't find out how to do it. It costs me a lot of money each month for something I don't need anymore as I  have bought a Freely Tv

To cancel your EE TV you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Your signature isn't the recommended number anymore @XRaySpeX

It'd be better to link customers to the web site, where the details will always be current:

@DarrenDev : Not recommended but free! Give us a Freephone recommended 1 & I'll recommend it. Useful abroad & when phone down. I still use it. It is burnt into my Phonebook.

@XRaySpeX  I actually used 0800 956 6000 earlier today to sort out my billing problem. I also believe there should be a true freephone number made available.

@Conrad1961 : That's the Sales line. Useful for non-members.

@XRaySpeX  Thanks for that but it seemed to be a normal customer services thing as there were 5 options to start with and if you go the phone/broadband route you first get told your phone usage and then had the option for billing and talking to a person. Early on in the process I had to choose between BT and EE. Sales was never mentioned in relation to any of the multitude of options.

@Conrad1961 : It's useful in that you can avoid having to supply an existing mobile no. or BB addy by going to the end "Anything else".
