EETV no live TV.

I have just installed EETV and all apps working fine but cannot get any live TV , have tried all tips to help , switch off and on both box and router, also done factory reset, still no joy. From what I have read it's a regular issue which some people are waiting a long time to get resolved

Which EETV device are you using, in Aerial or IP mode if a Pro box, have you tuned it in, how are you trying to get live TV, and what actually happens?

And if you get an error message, what is it, please?

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*
