EETV Now Tv

I just recently got the Apple Tv 4k from EE and really good so far however when the order was being made the Now Tv wont work as the email address was taken down wrong when the order was confirmed in email, how easy is this to be rectified, tried calling in tonight however the lines are quite busy recently. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you haven't been able to try again already today, I would give our team a call and they'll be able to help to get the email address updated so you can get the NowTV subscription working.

The team are available until 8pm this evening, and 8am to 8pm tomorrow.

I will give EE a call I am just hoping it is a simple process and doesnt take to long for the replication in the email change. Thanks for the advice.

Just a small update so had a few calls with the offline team, and the email address is sorted however few hiccups with now packs falling off the account after 5 mins of adding on however after tonight seems to of stuck so everything looks good. I have to say superb customer service from EE and compensation for any loss of service will go on within 30days after everything is working. As a ex sky customer always have been I am liking the Apple TV 4k box, cannot say I am to fussed on the recording feature as most things are available on demand now or via streaming service etc and its the way tv is going now. Just wanted to give a heads up EE managed to sort issue out with a little back and forward as there was account issues as well.
