Recently my EE TV box is showing some of my recorded show as “watch in app”. Can my one tell my why this is. There is over 60% free space on the box?
thank you, Ceri

I assume these are from BBC channels?  See this announcement:

If you have been trying to record something from a BBC channel and your Pro box is in IP mode, it does not actually record now as a rule and takes you to a link in BBC Iplayer, if that resolves your query.

Yes, but IPlayer only keeps programmes for so long.  What is the point of recording something if I'm just told to "go to IPlayer"?  I've selected the bit "record series" but only the last episode is recorded -"Joan", "Showtrial"  and "Apples never Fall" being 3 cases in point.  When I click on the recordings in "Mt TV", I'm only getting the most recently recorded one.  Am I doing something wrong or should I have stayed with Virgin??

No, but you perhaps should have set your box up in Aerial Mode, if you have a good working TV aerial.

IP Mode visits all sorts of indignities on you, including Joan (which is on itv, so at least you can record it, but it will force you to sit through all the adverts in IP Mode), and the nonsense that you now get with BBC recordings,

In the My TV row, though, yes you will be shown only the most recently recorded programme in the thumbnails, but if you click on the thumbnail, you will then be shown all the recorded programmes in that series.

Or you can click on the My TV thumbnail itself, and see everything you have recorded.
