Has anyone successfully got their EE Pro box to talk to the EERO Wifi?  My EE Pro does not see the EERO Wifi at-all.

Thanks, David

I don't know what changed, but my eePro box now connects to the eero wifi without any problems.  I didn't change anything, so maybe the recent ee box update fixed it!

Hi @dave_sussex

Have you connected the Eero via ethernet to your EE box.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @Northerner , yes that works, but the two devices are at the opposite sides of the room, so a permanent cable is not an option.

Thanks, David

Does eero now support multicast/IGMP as it didn’t used to and BT TV users (pre-rebrand), often had to double nat to connect wirelessly?

If Ethernet works then it suggests it does support it now, might be a question for the eero community though as technically, EE only support connecting wirelessly to an EE hub or extender.

And you can definitely view the tv channels using the ee tv box with the eero?
