We’re trying to watch now tv on two devices as that’s what you’re entitled too being at EE tv customer. But we go to watch a show and it says that we’ve reached our maximum devices, one device is being used and we’re trying to watch as the second device which is our EE tv box. Tried signing out of all devices via the now tv login to reset it essentially and that’s not worked.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I should also say that the error code it comes up with OVP_00014 and tried calling through to EE but still on hold

Yeah, I called through at 8:30 and had to hang up at 9. Will try to call them again in the morning if I have no luck on here tonight
