Hi is anybody experiencing problems with eetv box mine as started freezing and screen breaking up into small colour blocks , have other TVs in other rooms not on a box just a outside aerial and they are not affected anyone got any ideas 😁

If you haven't already, can you please try a light reset on your box, as indicated in our help page here?
If that has no success, there's also the 'full reset whilst keeping your recordings' option listed further down the page.

How are you receiving the TV feed for the TV box?
If it's by TV aerial then check the signal strength & quality on one of the affected channels. Ideally quality should be 100% and strength in the range of 80-90%.
The tuners on the TV boxes are nowhere near as good as on a TV and a week signal or a strong signal (90-100%) can have very noticeably affect on the TV picture. If it's an overly strong signal the a variable attenuator between the aerial feed and the input to the box can reduce the strength into the ideal range.
