EE switch to TV package

Jack1804

I changed my TV package provider from Sky to EE in August after being advised I would be reimbursed by EE for the early termination fee.
This cost was just short of £200 and although I have sent the final bill highlighting the “DTV Clawback fee” I paid to Sky, EE switch team continue to tell me the format isn’t correct.
This is the only final bill I can get from Sky, so now I am left £200 down for the pleasure of moving over to EE.
I had a battle with Sky originally to get them to accept me wanting to get out of my contract, although I was told by the in-store sales person, that it was an easy process.
My advice is if you do look to change, run your current contract down 1st as you will not get any money back. Plus I have asked several times for a phone number to speak to someone and the switch team give me Customer services number. They say they can’t help as my issue needs to be dealt with by the switch team.

Complete farce!!!
