EE TV Box Stuck On Maintenance Mode?

Done all the resets, unplugged, changed power cable three times. If the TV does power up, it's stuck on the maintenance mode menu. Reconnected remote too . If I do hit back the TV just turns off, does a loop of restarting and only displaying the EE logo. So basically can either have maintenance mode menu or cycle of EE logo. How can I get out of maintenance mode to get back to main TV/standard menu?

Done all the resets and upgrades, I can't do any thing else there. Can't find a decent answer to this anywhere and can't get through to customer service. Been without TV for a month now.

You can’t, alas, your box is kaput.

You will have to hang on to the interminable support line to request a replacement.

Our doctor has a telephone system where it tell you how many people are in front of you, and if you don’t want to wait, you can press 1, and the system will call you back when you eventually bubble to the top.

It seems to me that EETV could do with one of these, or possibly several.

Thank you for replying! I was afraid that was the only option. Looks like a few long phone calls are in my future.

That's a fantastic system and not something I've encountered myself, but it seems much better than the hold music and long lines of customer service!
