I’ve had EE TV for about a year. A few months ago the mini tv box started randomly resetting every few nights. It got more frequent to the point where I couldn’t switch it on without having to reboot it. Last night it froze on loadin Your TV page - ie the first step after rebooting. It was still saying ‘loading’ this morning.
I managed to do a light reset today and chose Factory reset on the maintenance page. Now it’s stuck on the Let’s Get You Started page (the 2nd step after rebooting), it’s been stuck for hours. Further rebooting doesn’t seem to change anything.
I’m beyond frustrated with my EE TV experience and counting the days when my contract ends and I can return to sky.
Anyone else experienced anything similar with their mini box?
