EE mini box in bedroom

I have a mini box in my bedroom  connected to the HDMI socket I can't get any Freeview or subscription channels and. And if I go to Netflix I get picture but no sound have tried trouble shooter and. All came back fine no problems. Even went to factory reset but asked for code but I don't have code .

Have you got an EETV subscription, and if so, is it activated yet?

Oh, and if you read the Factory Reset screen more carefully, you will see it isn’t asking for a code, it’s asking you to type in the number selection it is showing you:-
