Hi, I have recently (last couple of months) signed up with BT and have the EE box for TV.
I had my existing NowTV subscription migrated into the package. The existing account had Sky Sports and the BT package has Sky Sports.
I can watch Sky Sports via the NowTV app but when searching in the guide it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Has something gone wrong with the integration between my existing NowTV account and the migration to EE?
It’s a pain because my main TV watching is football and I’m out this afternoon and can’t record the game 😢
Any advice on how to resolve? Will I need to call?
