I bought a 65 inch Toshiba fire TV in June 2025. The TV failed to start today. I changed the electric socket, fuse and remote batteries and didn’t help. Is there any means to follow up. Should I contact EE store or Toshiba ?

You can choose either - the EE store has a legal obligation to assist, however you are likely to get a better result by contacting Toshiba (as they have better knowledge of diagnostics and known faults).
