I'm still being told that EE TV is not available. I am a broadband customer. Anyone else had any success?

Hi @KevinMay
If you give our sales team a call on 0800 956 6000, they'll check your eligibility and run through some options with you.

Hi Chris
I've tried that 3 times now, just to be told that EE TV has not launched, there has been a delay, please try again in the New Year...
Thanks
Kevin

Today I was told that as I am 6 months in to an 18 month broadband contract, I would have to pay an exit fee, and then set up a new broadband package with TV. The sales person then suggested I move to BT as they would cover the cost of exiting my EE package. What a load of nonsense!

Please just hold off for now - only a small number of our agents are capable of accepting migration orders.
