Yes. Ive tried to leave twice. They always say they will cancel and never do. Where can I complain about thus?

@Noplectrums : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@TelH @Noplectrums what's the issues?

If it's purely down to the offering there are rumours that the packages will change later this year so that may help when it does.

EE Pro TV box, Full Fibre 900, Sky Stream
No idea my friend. Terrible to deal with.
They totally bull**bleep**ted with costs and functionality etc. When I finish
this contract I will never give them another penny. Truly shocking!!!

A minor point re this thread, but it is now 6 weeks rather than 8 weeks. Perhaps we should make a formal complaint if EE haven't updated their documentation.

As usual just a rant with no explanation, maybe if you give us some ideas of what the issues are we can maybe help

@TelH You need to remove your personal email address.

If it something other than billing please share what the issue is. What is the problem with the functionality?

If it is billing please try and re phone. Did you join at a special offer discount and now it has went to the monthly cost after the discount that it should be for the remaining contract?
