I have pro TV box. It's not giving me the option to record programs other than by using the record button on the remote. It was an option under the info on the program, now it's just set reminder / search.
Also I could always record programs on Wildearth TV, now I can't. It's not a subscription channel. Why have recordings changed??
Yes, of course - you're welcome to call the helpdesk, where they may offer a box swap. They will most-likely go through some diagnostics first, just to make sure there's nothing I've missed.
