My new TV box keeps turning itself on in the middle of the night, is this usual? or what do I need to do to stop this from happening.

Unfortunately there's a bug affecting a small number of people @Tracey191268
To stop it happening, change your TV Box power settings to "Always ready" instead of smart mode.
