I have just received my EE TV Box Pro on Monday and it can’t host Disney+.
I’m quite shocked and did not know this information.
Is it possible (because still within 14 days) to return the TV Box and swap for the Apple TV?

Been trying to do this but the EE helpline says there is no way on the system to change the box or charge for changing the box from the (hobbled) EE box to the Apple TV box. He very nicely suggested he can reduce my phone sim costs, but the box cannot be changed whatever DarrenDev EE Product Expert says 🙂
Any thoughts?

@Malathion Well @DarrenDev did post that 25-06-2025. So it might not be possible anymore.

The order flows show that it's still available but we need an account to prove it.
If you want to swap for Apple TV then email eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number - we'll use first person to email us to prove the process.
