Any idea why my set box keeps logging out at around 6pm pretty much once a week , i have to reboot the router at least twice and keep turning the set box off and on at least 2 or 3 times also before connecting , we lose all programs as well as tv listings

When this happens, does the TV Box ask you to sign in again, or does it start up normally but the recordings, programmes and TV Guide are missing?

Which EE TV Box do you have, how is it connected to your router, and do any other devices lose connection around the same time?
