Sky Soundbox

I have recently switched from Sky to EE. I have kept my soundbox but have issues in that the remote doesn’t seem to be able to control it.

Also the remote doesn’t seem to be able to switch sources on my LG tv.

Does anyone have any ideas on these issue?

Is it the volume controls that aren't working with the Sky Soundbox, or is the remote unable to control it at all?

With your LG TV, which sources are you trying to switch between using the remote?
