EE Box Not Working

The EE box has been working fine until two days ago when I switched it on!
No TV picture, remote unresponsive, the box on/off button flashing, and red light flashing (medium speed).

1. Tried
1. Recycling power various ways
a) Unplugging power cable from box and leaving it for 30 seconds, then powering on
b) Unplugging box from mains for 30 seconds, then powering on.

Both give the same result:
No TV picture, remote unresponsive, the box on/off button flashing, and red light flashing (medium speed).


2. Tried resetting box using button on side of box
TV shows EE logo and no further screens shown, remote unresponsive, the box on/off button flashing, and red light flashing (medium speed).


3. As online info seems to suggest the red light is a possible communication problem.
a) Tried resetting the router, but had same result as above!
b) Tried another EE box but that works fine, so not a communication problem.

Any ideas on bringing the EE box back to life?

It might just be dead and if so you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for a replacement.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
