I recently went away on holiday for a few days and tried to remote set a programme to record. It said I was unpaired with my box, which was a surprise as I had used this feature successfully only a couple of weeks ago. However, when I checked the history of recordings the last successful one was shown as being back in June, which was when I moved from BT TV to EE TV. Is this something to do with it I wonder? Anyway, now I cannot re-pair the box, even though it is on the same network (via ethernet). I would like to get this working again, but I do NOT want to have to factory reset the box as I will lose all my recordings, which would not be useful. Anything I can do to fix this please?
Thanks, Alex.

OK, that's weird. It has now found the box. The only change I made was to switch to a channel via the Internet, e.g. TNT Sports 1, rather than via the aerial, and it found the box straight away.
So, please ignore this post, it all seems to be working fine now.
Cheers, Alex.

Sorry about the unpairing @alexmidd - we launched a new version of the app this month, and it didn't correctly migrate the TV Box pairing. We have an update that is due to be released tomorrow/Thursday that will fix this.
The TV Box discovery is a strange one - there shouldn't be any need to tune to an IP channel for it to work. I'm glad it's working for you now though.

OK, thanks Darren. That at least explains how it has happened. Thanks for the quick reply. 👍🏻
