My EE app as suddenly stopped allowing me to record remotely, it shows error message saying UNKNOWN FAILURE, I’ve uninstalled it now 5 times , done reboot , done hard reset , it’s showing as paired correctly ,but still won’t let me remotely set to record
can anyone help
