I was told EETV was going to replace my SKY, when i got a bundle from EE - EETV, mobile phone, broadband and even Netflix, so why is SKY still charging me? I can't get Netflix to work on my mobile either, apart from my TV. Someone please explain. Thanks 😊

When moving from Sky to EE for your broadband, your Sky broadband should be cancelled automatically as we would take over the broadband line. TV or other services would require being cancelled directly with them.
I would suggest getting in touch with Sky to put in your cancellation. If you are saying you were told the Sky TV would cancel automatically when moving to us, I would recommend giving us a call on 150 so our team can investigate that for you.
What is the issue you are having with accessing Netflix on your mobile? It sounds like it is working on your TV ok, is that right? Are you logged in on the same Netflix account on your mobile?
