Hi @Nannyrats

I would advise removing your email address from your post using the edit button.

This is a public forum that anyone can see, this is not EE Customer Services, and posting your email publicly is likely to invite scammers to contact you.

@Nannyrats   Why would the customer support agent say it’ll be removed in a few weeks ?  Did you ask if it’ll be removed?

@Nannyrats

Stuff comes and goes, and there’s a lot more on TNT than just the rugby.

Did you tell the Guide you wanted it specifically for the rugby, or were you hoping for a mindreader?

TNT still hold the broadcast rights to the English Premiership & Autumn internationals.

EE provide you with access to individual channels, but the content on those channels isn't upto EE - it's down to the broadcaster.

There is  the joint venture company established by BT/WBD  which I understand hold the  UK rights for  sports content broadcast  on the TNT / Eurosport channels in the UK.

EE are strong on marketing and do list the channels that their TV packages include. They also provide details of the sports competitions that the packages include. Whilst this is very useful in marketing  if the information is not updated to remove completions no longer included there will be confusion and misunderstanding.

example from looking today and stepping thru current    EE webpages .Image when available shows the Heineken  Champions Cup  as included ( this season there is a different sponsor),
