This is not on the apps list. Can I add it on to it? I tried to share screen from my iPhone but it didn’t work

Good afternoon @nocternus

Welcome back to the Community!

We don't currently offer Disney+ on our TV Pro box, and I'm afraid there isn't an option to install this separately.

Where was it you were told that this was an option? I certainly want to make sure you can get this checked out.

Peter

Seems what they promise you and what you get are polar opposites.  I reject joining them.

Luckily I have an Amazon Fire TV stick plugged into one TV and a PS 5 on the other, all capable of downloading the Disney + app.  I had hoped all the TV stuff would be on the EE box and in one place to make it easy, but not to be I guess!!  Worth checking your smart TV app store or any other old TV box's or sticks you might have in the bottom of a draw to save buying anything else.

I specifically asked the question when the agent was pushing me to subscribe. This was on the phone when I was transferring my broadband from BT back to EE.

@nocternus  it is possible to have Disney+ providing you have the EE Apple TV then you can download it from the Apple TV App Store. You can’t have it on the pro box as it’s not pre-installed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

But the EE Apple TV box, available only with EE broadband, not BT (why not?) can’t record, only the Box Pro can.

And you can only have one or the other with EETV from EE 😢

You can get both, to a fashion,

Order the Apple TV 4K as your main box and add a single multiroom mini box subscription, then buy a pro box from eBay, CeX or similar and use that instead of the mini box.

You then get all the apps and a powerhouse streamer plus the option to record linear channels.

Still no holy grail of everything in one place sadly.

Indeed - I should have said “And you can only have one or the other from EE with EETV 😢😛

To be honest I don't know but I would rather lose the ability to see than have anything apple.

Why isn't disney + download able onto the ee box when every other service includes firesticks can have it?
