We’re excited to bring Disney+ to EE TV. As we launch, we want to be upfront about a small issue some customers may experience on EE TV Edge boxes.
A very small number of customers may see ‘Error 36’ when trying to play content in the Disney+ app.
• This isn’t linked to any specific film or show
• It can happen across different titles
• It’s not just EE – this error has also been reported on other platforms (like smart TVs and games consoles)
If you do run into this issue, a factory reset of your EE TV box should resolve it. You can find out how to factory reset by visiting our help page.
We’re continuing to monitor this closely and working on a fix to ensure the best possible Disney+ experience on EE TV.

I have found this on both of my boxes and it still wont work.

@Bigbear21 this issue is only known to affect the TV Box Edge. Is it definitely "Error 36" that is being shown?
