Discovery plus

hi

I have just changed over to ee tv and the discovery plus premium is included. However when I click on the link to activate it it doesn't take me to the discovery plus site which is what its supposed to do it just sys loading then takes me back to the activation link. I have tried to activate it on different browsers but it makes no difference it does exactly the same thing.

Any suggestions anyone please?? Is there any other way to activate it does anyone know please? Ive tried googling and been n the discovery plus website but it just says to do what I'm trying to do with out any success!

I am having same trouble and getting very disappointed with the EE service

i have discussed with ee help team many time but still no fix

Could you please let us know a bit more about what's happening when you try to set up your Discovery+?
Is it the same issue exactly that the OP described, or something different?

I changed to EE about a month ago. The system is absolute rubbish. I’ve still been unable to sort out my discovery plus channel which I’m paying for. The Internet now is crashing and unable to support the TV platform. My advice to anyone having these troubles is to get in touch with EE and ask for help. I’ve done this on several occasions but I’m still having problems. Please will EE get in touch with me to help me sort out this issue
