There is no sound when whatever show we're watching comes back after the adverts. Any ideas why? Thanks

Thansk for the updates. Running fine now on TV and Bose. Need to re-attach big system through new leads all round and see what happens....Thanks again!

Woohoo! Just watched an would Discovery without any drop out of the sound after the ads. Looks like the software fix has worked.

Following the update, the software page only allows for Software updates and no longer Apps updates, is this correct? Both software and APps updates coming under one button?

The ability to check for updates to players and apps has been removed, it has been redundant for a while now as all apps silently update and check for new updates overnight 🙂

@appy You could try doing a soft reboot by holding the badge on the front of the box in for 8 secs and see if that resolves it

Just popped back to say that it seems all is well with D+ now.
Watched a few episodes of some shows and no audio drop out 🙂
