Discovery plus dropping sound after ads

There is no sound when whatever show we're watching comes back after the adverts. Any ideas why? Thanks

Have had the same problem and only with Discovery plus, I find that if I wait till the end of the adverts and the program starts without sound that if I press back and then resume, the sound is back on.

Yeah that's what I do but it is a tad annoying....

Hi All,

I'd like to let you know all know that we're aware of this issue and have fixed it in a future software update. I'm trying to get hold of some finer details on when we expect that update to land on your TV boxes, so once I have that I will share it here.

It’s the 18 March and still not fixed. Still having to rewind programs to get sound back on.

I think you can tell when it's not going to have sound after the adverts as the gap (black screen) after the final advert and the program beginning seems to be 2-3 times longer. Not much granted, but it can give you a "heads up"
