Discovery + asking me to upgrade when trying to watch sport

I’ve been watching sport on discovery+ for a while yet it’s now asking me to upgrade. My package hasn’t changed. Why?

Please try to reset the password from the login screen on discovery+ to see if that makes any difference.

If it doesn't, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides who can look into your account and subscription to help to get it working for you.

Welcome to the community.

When were you last able to watch discovery+ without being asked to upgrade? 

If you login to your EE account online or in the app, and go to Manage > TV & Sport, does it show that discovery+ is active?

Do you see the same thing happen if you try to login through different devices?

Last weekend watching the quilter series rugby. This week, Tuesday I think, now being asked to upgrade/change subscription to view 

Logged into my EE account and my package shows Discovery+ shows as active

@GMO49 I cannot explain how you were able to watch sport previously, however as an Entertainment customer, your subscription has only ever entitled you to watch discovery+ entertainment - not sport.
