Discovery Plus - Add On - asking to buy a subscription

Hey All, 

I've got the (TNT sports)  discovery plus add on with my mobile and recently when i went to watch a football game its asking me to pay for as subscription. is anyone else getting this? and does anyone know how to resolve? 

i believe ( coudl be wrong) i could watch sports with this add on

Welcome to the community.

If you have the discovery+ add-on, you certainly shouldn't be asked to pay for it.

If you login to your EE app, it should show that discovery+ is active. 

If it doesn't please try to activate it in the app or by texting PICK to 150 to activate it, which would send an activation text to you.

If it is already active, can you text SPORT to 150, and follow the instructions on the text you get back.

If that still doesn't help, give our tech guides a call and they'll check over your account and help to get it working for you.

Unfortunately discovery have identified an issue that has caused a number of accounts to be deactivated incorrectly.

It's not currently possible for me to fix accounts broken in this way - you need to contact the BT/EE helpdesk, who have direct access to the required system to fix it straight away.
