Bought a new tv from EE online store delivered yesterday to elderly parents. Set up and it has no picture only sound grey screen no one can help ! called and told online purchase not anyone’s responsibility on the support network given a number to call says office closed when told it’s open 9-5 Monday to Friday
Elderly parents now have no tv to watch ! Told send an email
tried to enter order number for product says doesn’t exist
called local stores line gets cut off when option to speak to someone selected
disgusting customer services
not a chance could elderly people not online manage this at all !!

Was this purchased from the EE Shop (ee.co.uk) and/or added to your Mobile bill, or purchased outright from the separate EE Store website (store.ee.co.uk)?
