Please advise how I can go about cancelling my 6 month trial of Appletv+. Do I have to phone up. As I don't see any options on the app or website to manage and cancel this subscription. Any advice welcomed.

Thanks for coming back to the community.
The cancellation option would usually be in the EE app or online account by going to Manage then TV & Sport and it would be under Extras.
If you don't see the option to cancel the subscription, please give our customer service guides a call, and they'll be able to remove it from your account.

In my case, I found the Apple+ shown in the Manage section of the EE site along with an auto renew tab. I simply clicked that tab to not auto renew. Coincidentally, today I received notice from Apple that my free subscription has ended and gave me a link in case I wanted to enter a paid subscription.
I would be happy if the wonderful mods on here ( seriously, you are so patient and helpful) could confirm if this option is still available which may help you.

Yes there is the ability to enter a paid for subscription once your free trial ends and customers are welcome to take that at any time if they want it.
