Welcome to the EE Community.
We don't have access to your account via this public forum, so this isn't something we'd be able to cancel from our end.
Depending on how long you've been in contract though, our customer care team will be more than happy to take a look into all of your options.
If you're in the first 14 days of your contract you may be able to amend the package and keep the broadband active, or if you're towards the end of the contract this is something we can look into too!
Just give them a shout and they'll say for sure what we can sort here!
