Bug in the EE TV app?

Looking at the EE TV app on my iPad this morning, just before 11:00, I was startled to see that BBC 2 didn’t seem to be showing anything:-

however the preceding screen:-

and the following screen:-

both show that there was a News programme on, which started before, and finished after, the window shown.

I call bug…

It’s not a bug MV. Your ‘spacing’ is out (for wan’t of a better word). You need to close up the boxes by ‘grabbing’ it somewhere. Unfortunately I can’t work out how to do it in the app, or if it’s an IOS setting, yet 🤪

Hmm, your image isn’t showing up for me - I think a mod needs to unlock it.

While waiting, I’ll continue to hold my naïve view that when the EPG says “No programmes’, but there is one, it’s a bug 😛

And re spacing, I don’t think Apple put the message there; I think there’s a slight flaw in the EPG-generating algorithm. I also suspect that it’s something of a FTT issue, as I don’t now seem able to repeat it.

The image should show up after approval by a mod (iirc)

I came back to say to you try opening the app in Portrait Mode, then turning it to Landscape. Sometimes in IOS the layout of apps can change between the two (as I’m sure you probably already know), and it’s not unknown if you open an app with the device ‘very slightly’ tilted off axis, it confuses the layout completely! Another of Apple’s “features” 😉
