Can't watch anything on HBO Max except TNT Sports

Since the move to HBO Max, on the HBO Max app, I can only watch TNT Sport.  Try to watch anything else. e.g. The Pitt, I just get a 'Get Access' type message about this not being available with my package.

I realise that I can watch these on NOW app, but what is the situation with the HBO Max app?

@SoupDragon57 I don't even understand why they would want to restrict searches to their content and drive users to their app.

This doesn’t work for me. It doesn’t matter which option I try I get an error in Now Tv saying there is a problem linking my bundle.

I have actually called after this post and they said they couldn’t link my account. Not really 100% sure why. 
I’ve had BT TV for years with BT Sport. Then I went onto EETV and added Sky Sports Via NowTV. 
I can view Sky sports on NowTV. TNT sport on HBOMax and entertainment stuff on Discovery+. 

It’s a bit of a mess but I guess that’s what happens when you’ve been on a service for so long and memberships move about.

What are you trying to link up @emdotdee ?  You have a Big Sports subscription, which means this is all you get access to:

"Sky sports on NowTV. TNT sport on HBOMax and entertainment stuff on Discovery+"

It doesn't sound like there's anything else to link up?  Your package wouldn't include access to any other content in HBO Max, if that's what you were trying to do?
