I took up the EE offer of Apple TV for 3 months but however hard I try I can’t see how to manage the subscription in the EE app. I want to cancel it and I can’t see a way to do that. Please help me work out how to cancel it - I’ve already spent many hours trying to work out how to do this and I’m nervous I’ll be charged and have no option not to pay!

I cancelled my trial on myEE online in the manage TV bit - failing that call customer services and they should be able to help

There is no option to manage the Apple TV in the manage TV part, And it’s hard for me to call during the day when the customer services helpline is available. If someone know not to get it the offer to appear in my account so I can cancel it that would be what I need.

This is a community forum - no one here would have access to do that for you. Customer services are open to 9PM during the week an d8PM on weekends and bank holidays though
