I have a BT YouView box (part of the EE deal years ago). I understand it's no longer supported (from last February I believe). Some apps such as Prime video and my5 etc aren't working. Can I order a new EE TV box?

Hi @Kevin1511 Only the First generation T1000 series BT Youview are no longer supported by the Youview platform.
If you had a current EETV subscription or service then you should have been sent/offered a second generation box when the T1000 service was withdrawn. If you still have a current EETV service contact BT or EE to enquire about a box upgrade. This assumes that you have not previously had a replacement box issued.
